Animated Elseworlds
Batman-Superman Adventures featured an episode called "Brave New Metropolis" (first air date 27 Sep 97 ) in the episode, Lois falls into a parallel Metropolis, where Superman and Lex Luthor work together as dictators to hold the city in an authoritarian group of forced justice.
This gave us a look at an "elseworlds" in the Animated DC Universe. I loved this episode. I found an episode summary of this episode at Superman: TAS Homepage, the summary is Here
