A coming Flash issue (Number 152) featured a Black Costumed flash, which I immediately thought could be reworked into my version of the Flash inspired by the "first superhero" Batman, as speculated on this page.

With this costume, when The Thunderbolt is running (at night), the only thing that people can see is a thunderbolt of lightning streaking by them.
